Julee Arbuckle, RN, is the clinical manager of the Cardiac & Pulmonary Wellness Center at El Camino Health. She has been with the organization for over 20 years and specializes in rehabilitation of patients after a heart event.

Neal Scott, MD, PhD, FACC

Medical Director of Cardiac Pulmonary Wellness Center

Neal Scott, MD, PhD, FACC, is a cardiologist who has been in practice for over 20 years. He offers comprehensive cardiologic care, valuing each patient as an individual with unique problems and concerns. Dr. Scott frequently talks to community groups about the importance of diet and exercise when it comes to health. Whether a heart condition is minor or life-threatening, he will encourage his patients to play an active role in their own well-being.

Deepu Nair - El Camino Health

Medical Director, Echocardiography Lab

Deepu Nair, MD, FACC has a special interest in cardiac imaging modalities, including computed tomography, echocardiography and nuclear medicine. He also specializes in valvular heart disease and South Asian heart disease.

Director of Lifestyle Medicine

Catherine A. Collings, MD, MS, FACC, DipABLM is a cardiologist who has been in practice for over 25 years. She serves on the American Board of Lifestyle Medicine, and has a passion for nutrition wellness, prevention and women’s heart health. She currently chairs the Women’s Heart Health Task Force and is on the El Camino Health Women’s Hospital Board.

Jane Lombard, MD, MBA, FACC, is a cardiologist who specializes in women’s heart care and preventative cardiology, with a focus on community health. She is the medical director of the Women’s Heart Center at El Camino Health. Dr. Lombard takes a holistic approach to care, following the philosophy: treat the patient, not the disease.

Frederick St. Goar, MD, has been practicing in the community for more than 25 years. Dr. St. Goar has helped develop innovative techniques in interventional cardiology and peripheral procedures, and pioneered the creation of the MitraClip device. He has a special interest in valvular and structural heart disease. Dr. St. Goar recognizes the privilege of treating each patient in a focused, innovative way.
